  • 私は、真実、且つ正確な回答をいたしました。
  • 申請後に私の状況が変わった場合は、ニュージーランド移民局に通知することに同意いたします。
  • ビザ失効前にニュージーランドから出国することに同意いたします。引き続き滞在した場合は、ニュージーランド移民局により国外退去になりえます。
  • 私は、ニュージーランドの無料医療を受ける資格がありません。必要であれば、私がニュージーランドでの医療費、医療支援費を支払います。
  • 無認可の移民アドバイザーから移民アドバイスを受けた場合は、申請が返却されることに同意いたします。
  • 私は、ニュージーランド移民局が私の健康と移民事情についての情報を’医療サービス代行人に提供することを許可いたします。
  • 私は、ニュージーランド移民局が申請決定と決定後の移民事情についての調査に回答が出来るよう、彼らにこの申請内の情報について必要な調査をすることを許可いたします。
  • 私は、それらに関する情報を所持する全ての代行人がニュージーランド移民局に開示することを許可いたします。
  • もし、私が法的ガーディアン同行条件付きの学生ビザを受理された場合、ガーディアンと同居することに同意いたします。この条件を満たさない場合は、私とガーディアンのビザが取り下げられることを理解しています。
  • 限定目的のビザが受理された場合は、失効日かその前にニュージーランドから出国いたします。出国しない場合は、控訴権なしで直ちに国外退去になりえます。

Application Checklist & Returning your documents 【パスポートの郵送受領】 ビザ受領を郵送でご希望の場合は、郵送先の住所を明記の上、510円の切手を貼った封筒を同封してください。
